AI Video Editor – Direct Response

About the role

Natura Labs is seeking a hands‑on AI Video Editor to turn direct‑response scripts into high‑impact ads for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will work remotely, collaborating with a performance‑marketing team to produce scroll‑stopping vertical videos for Facebook and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI avatar and lip‑sync tools (e.g., ArcAds, LipDub, D‑ID, DeepBrain) to create lifelike spokesperson and UGC‑style videos.
• Generate synthetic voiceovers with Google VO3, ElevenLabs, or similar and integrate AI‑generated footage from platforms such as RunwayML or ComfyUI.
• Adapt scripts into 1‑10 minute vertical ads with on‑screen captions, kinetic text, and strong hooks, following proven direct‑response patterns.
• Assemble assets, apply color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, then upload finished videos with clean naming conventions.

Required profile

• 2+ years editing direct‑response VSL/UGC ads for DTC e‑commerce brands.
• Strong foundation in traditional video editing fundamentals (pacing, cuts, color grading, sound design, motion graphics).
• Comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team and delivering multiple video outputs daily.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video and avatar tools such as D‑ID, DeepBrain, ArcAds, LipDub, RunwayML, ComfyUI, or similar.
• Experience generating synthetic voiceovers using Google VO3, ElevenLabs, or comparable services.
