AI SDR Operations Assistant (Remote, LATAM)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to support an AI‑driven outbound sales system for a fast‑growing SaaS startup. The role is fully remote within LATAM and focuses on processing inbound responses generated by the AI SDR platform, following strict workflows and using Slack‑based tools.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process inbound AI‑generated responses according to internal guidelines.
- Use Slack bots and workflows to route, categorize, or reply to conversations.
- Execute predefined actions within Slack and keep records up to date.
- Escalate unusual or complex cases to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure all workflows are completed accurately and on time.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Ability to follow documented processes consistently.
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Experience in operations, virtual assistance, customer support, administrative support, or data entry is a plus.
