AI Engineer (Mobile) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer focused on mobile development to create novel AI‑powered Android experiences. The role is fully remote and emphasizes speed, ownership, and self‑direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable open‑source frameworks, delivered through Android applications.
• Develop production‑grade Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Take product ideas from concept to shipped features with minimal supervision.
• Contribute across full‑stack layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases as needed.
• Lead multiple net‑new AI‑driven mobile product initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Self‑directed product mindset, able to work from a brief or PRD without hand‑holding.
• Comfortable working across full‑stack layers and learning new codebases.
• Advanced English proficiency.
