Account Executive – Americas

About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive – Americas to expand Energy Capital & Power’s commercial presence across the Caribbean and Latin America. The role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building international networks within the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Americas.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, promoting participation in ECP’s global energy events and investment platforms.
• Engage senior industry professionals via outbound calls, meetings and networking activities.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of outreach activity.
• Represent ECP at industry events and client meetings across the region.
• Track sales activity and maintain account information using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B or event sales experience.
• Strong interest in global business, energy markets and investment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages (Portuguese, French, Dutch) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
