ABA Operations Manager (Independent Operator)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ABA Operations Manager to lead and improve the operational side of a growing autism therapy practice. This fully remote position requires a self‑starter who can assess current processes and implement enhancements without step‑by‑step direction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting workflows for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal administrative processes.
• Support intake operations, including insurance verification and client scheduling.
• Track credentialing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Establish structure where processes are unclear or evolving.

Required profile

• Experience working in an ABA or behavioral health organization.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through skills.
