About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. The role is fully remote and focuses on matching top‑tier engineering talent with project needs across a variety of technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to identify the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work with multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market for resource delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
