Retail Manager – Sales & Team Leadership

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager to lead sales and team performance across our stores in the Sabana Grande area of Caracas. The role combines strategic sales planning, daily store oversight, and staff development to achieve monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set regional sales plans aligned with annual targets, break down goals and drive execution.
• Monitor sales data daily, weekly and monthly, share performance updates and adjust strategies as needed.
• Recruit, train, onboard and evaluate staff, fostering team cohesion and sales capability.
• Implement fair incentive systems, conduct monthly performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain close communication with other departments, convey policies and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
• Perform unscheduled daily store visits, enforce operational standards, identify issues and ensure corrective actions are applied.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics or telecommunications.
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency may be required.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS operating system.
• Familiarity with Android operating system.
