Project & Logistics Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Woodcraft Hospitality is looking for a highly organized Project & Logistics Manager to drive end‑to‑end execution of hospitality manufacturing and procurement projects. This hybrid role blends project management, supply‑chain coordination, and client communication, ensuring smooth transition from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating engineering, production, and procurement teams.
• Track progress, approvals, and deliverables such as drawings, samples, and specifications.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep timelines on track.
• Coordinate international shipments, handle freight bookings (air/ocean), and monitor production timelines against shipping schedules.
• Prepare and manage documentation including packing lists, invoices, and shipment tracking.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and vendors, providing regular updates and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate project data in internal systems (Airtable, spreadsheets, project tools) and support workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in project management combined with logistics or supply‑chain responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones and handling high‑volume communication.
