About the role

Join Mondelēz International in Venezuela as an Internal Communications Intern. You will support the internal communications team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, helping to keep colleagues informed and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and visual content.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update internal communication channels such as intranet pages and digital boards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
• Help monitor employee feedback and contribute ideas for improving internal communication strategies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
