Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team in Venezuela. In this full‑time position you will drive sales initiatives, provide inbound customer support, and develop retention strategies for AT&T services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales process, nurture leads, build relationships, and close deals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, delivering friendly and effective solutions.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies, gather feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both sales and customer service roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Spanish.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales tools.
