Customer Engagement Specialist (Software Compliance)

About the role

Ruvixx is looking for a remote Customer Engagement Specialist to support software compliance and anti‑piracy initiatives across Latin America. You will act as the liaison between global software providers and regional businesses, ensuring licenses are used ethically and legally.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate high‑level communications on licensing and compliance via email, phone, and video calls.
• Research case details, analyze usage patterns, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Manage compliance leads and negotiate resolutions for licensing discrepancies.
• Document workflows, update the internal knowledge base, and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional comfortable working in a fully remote, high‑accountability environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success, B2B Sales, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English and ability to lead meetings with international stakeholders.
• Reliable personal laptop, professional‑grade headset, and stable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience navigating CRM platforms.
