Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a professional, results‑driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our healthcare team in Caracas. The role combines compassionate patient support with strategic sales assistance, guiding clients through every step of their aesthetic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current patients.
• Guide patients through consultation, scheduling, pre‑op and post‑op processes.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication about procedures, recovery and expectations.
• Assist in consultations by presenting treatment options and pricing.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email and messaging platforms, making at least 60 calls per day.
• Support clinic sales goals by encouraging bookings and coordinating appointments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient care and satisfaction.
• Update CRM and scheduling systems with patient data and notes.
• Help prepare promotional materials and assist with clinic events or campaigns.

Required profile

• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Full‑time availability on‑site in Chacao, Caracas, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:30 VZLA time.
