About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team in Caracas. The role supports daily accounting operations, expense reimbursements and month‑end activities, providing reliable administrative support to keep financial processes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the employee expense reimbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support accounts payable by verifying invoices and preparing payment requests.
- Assist with internal workflows such as procurement and contract processing.
- Help with month‑end closing tasks, including documentation and basic reconciliations.
- Coordinate with business teams to track expenses and monitor processing status.
- Perform other routine accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible and execution‑driven.
- Good level of English.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
