UX/UI Developer – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a senior UX/UI Developer to join its globally distributed development team. Working remotely, you will collaborate with multicultural scrum teams to create intuitive, high‑quality user experiences for web, mobile, and device applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams, iterating UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to capture real requirements from a UX perspective and anticipate needed changes.
• Produce rapid mockups and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a developer.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on UX/UI experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
