UX/UI Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior UX/UI Developer to join our multicultural, fully‑remote development team. You will collaborate with scrum teams to create intuitive, high‑quality user experiences for web, mobile, and device applications.

Key responsibilities

• Work within one or more scrum teams, iterating UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to capture real UX requirements and anticipate needed changes.
• Produce quick mock‑ups and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI components following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a developer with a strong focus on UX/UI.
• Proven ability to analyse problems, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with data loads and data‑quality management is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills.
