Server – Guest Service at Private Club

About the role

Join Invited’s dynamic hospitality team as a Server, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at one of the nation’s largest private club networks. This non‑lead role focuses on creating warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells while supporting overall dining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service following Invited’s training program.
• Greet members and guests by name, provide warm welcomes and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly, with full knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features and specials.
• Handle member or guest complaints using service recovery techniques to resolve issues quickly.
• Complete daily side work, keep work areas organized, clean and well‑stocked, and adhere to club cleanliness, organization and safety standards.
• Support fellow team members and assist management with additional duties as needed.
