Remote Sales Representative – Hotel Staffing (Full-Time)

About the role

Rockstar Staffing, a leading high‑volume hotel staffing agency serving hotels and resorts across the United States, is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to work remotely from Caracas, Venezuela. The position is sales‑focused, requiring outbound cold‑calling and relationship building with U.S. hospitality decision‑makers to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consistent outbound cold calls to hotel and resort decision‑makers across the United States.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with General Managers, HR Directors, Housekeeping Directors, and other hospitality leaders.
• Present Rockstar Staffing’s staffing solutions and propose suitable options.
• Schedule and lead virtual meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and assist with pricing and agreement discussions within established guidelines.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations to ensure smooth hand‑off from sales to service.
• Meet established sales and activity targets.

Required profile

• Proven professional sales experience, preferably in outbound or cold‑calling environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Comfortable conducting professional conversations with U.S.‑based clients via phone and video.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow‑up, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and video‑conferencing tools.
