Remote Sales Executive – Luxury Furniture (Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Booker to support a global luxury furniture brand as it expands across Europe. Working remotely, you will help build a network of exclusive dealers and drive B2B outreach under the guidance of the Director of Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential dealer partners throughout Europe.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using outbound prospecting techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate directly with the Director of Sales to align on targets and strategies.
• Track performance metrics and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
• Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or related B2B roles.
• Familiarity with the furniture or interior-design market.
• Reliable internet connection and a functional home-office setup.
• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Apollo or similar prospecting platforms.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
• General CRM platform usage.
