Logistics Foreman – Construction Site (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead daily construction logistics operations on a major site in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves coordinating labour, subcontractors and equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics activities on the construction site.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and equipment deployment.
• Manage material handling and lifting operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain logistics records and produce daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of construction logistics or site operations experience.
• Proven experience supervising construction site personnel.
• Knowledge of material handling and lifting operations.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
