Are you a motivated recruitment professional looking to kickstart your career in an international environment? ON3 WORKS is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support our senior talent acquisition team in delivering high-quality recruitment services for our prestigious European clients.

Missions principales

• Provide end-to-end support to Senior Recruiters throughout the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Proactively source high-potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and various specialized job boards.
• Analyze CVs, perform initial screenings, and establish qualified shortlists for hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and the team.
• Conduct initial outreach, candidate engagement, and follow-ups to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with high precision.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience by providing timely updates and professional interaction.

Profil recherché

• Approximately 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing (highly motivated junior profiles are also welcome to apply).
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn and modern recruitment tools.
• English fluency (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Availability to work according to the European time zone (6:00 AM – 1:00 PM CET).
