IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Digital Workspace team. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to employees, ensuring that devices, accounts, and collaboration tools work reliably so staff can stay productive.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for digital workspace tools, devices, accounts, and productivity platforms.
• Resolve common technical issues and service requests promptly, and document escalations when needed.
• Prepare laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hires and manage device refresh, replacement, and asset handling.
• Create and remove user accounts during onboarding and off‑boarding, and handle password resets and access requests.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, report non‑compliance, and assist with self‑service tools and automated workflows.
• Update support tickets accurately and provide user guidance and training on workplace applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (certifications are a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or workplace technology support.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ticket‑management practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
