IT Recruiter – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

AZKAIT is seeking an IT Recruiter to join its fully remote team, focusing on talent acquisition across Latin America. You will connect top‑tech professionals with client companies in LATAM and the United States, helping to build high‑performing development, testing and analysis teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and evaluate candidates for technology roles such as developers, testers, analysts, and related positions.
• Utilize sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.) to build pipelines of qualified talent.
• Conduct business‑level English conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with technology profiles.
• Advanced conversational English (C1 level) and ability to hold business discussions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
