E-commerce Data Entry Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Data Entry Assistant to keep our online catalog accurate and up‑to‑date. You will work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure that customers can find the right items quickly and that daily sales run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update product listings with correct titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs and categories.
• Upload, resize and attach product photos or marketing banners.
• Maintain inventory records, update stock levels and flag low‑stock items.
• Identify and correct duplicate listings, pricing errors and broken links.
• Organise supplier data, price lists and inventory counts using Excel or Google Sheets.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of data‑entry experience, preferably in an online store environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work proactively.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, data sorting).
• Hubstaff and Zoom for task tracking and meetings.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or Amazon.
• Fast and accurate typing.
