Construction Manager - Airport EPC Construction Project (Dayshift)

About the role

The Airport EPC Construction Project seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead day‑shift operations. You will oversee multidisciplinary site teams, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and drive progress against tight schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑shift construction activities across the airport EPC project.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Planning, Procurement and Project Controls teams.
• Resolve technical and construction issues to minimise delays and rework.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, safety and overall site performance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and support testing, commissioning, snagging, completion and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 + years of construction experience, including 8 + years in a Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering airport, aviation, infrastructure or major EPC projects.
• Strong background managing civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist works.
• Experience with major EPC / Design‑Build contractors and subcontractor management.
• PMP or Professional Engineering certification is an advantage.
