Bilingual Health Coach – English/Spanish (Remote)

About the role

Our client is looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish Health Coach to join a virtual metabolic optimization program. The coach will work remotely from Latin America, supporting clients during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and delivering compassionate, organized guidance throughout their health journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions virtually.
• Manage assigned clients within the Practice Better platform.
• Review client food, lifestyle journals and goal tracking.
• Document coaching sessions and send secure messages.
• Monitor client metrics, assign program resources and support adherence.
• Work within defined clinical boundaries and escalate medical questions to licensed providers.

Required profile

• Professional experience in health, wellness, nutrition or lifestyle coaching.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of metabolic health, weight management, insulin resistance, GLP‑1 therapies, nutrition, sleep, physical activity and behavior change.
• Training or experience in motivational interviewing.
• Strong documentation, communication and patient‑engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and handling protected health information.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and residence in Latin America.
• Personality traits: engaging, compassionate and highly organized.
