AI Video Creator – Hyperrealistic Avatar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Video Creator / Video Editor to transform scripts and raw footage into polished, engaging educational videos. The role supports a hybrid education platform that delivers high‑impact courses and interactive training to a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and refine training videos using Synthesia or comparable AI video tools.
• Build scenes, adjust avatars, design layouts, and ensure visual consistency across the course library.
• Improve pacing, transitions, and overall structure; add on‑screen text, bullet points, callouts, and visual emphasis.
• Edit raw footage and AI‑generated video to professional standards, incorporating B‑roll, captions, graphic overlays, and clean audio transitions.
• Critically review existing material, identify static sections, and propose dynamic presentation improvements.
• Develop reusable scene templates, asset libraries, and scalable workflows as the content library expands.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in video production.
• Proven track record creating AI‑generated video content with Synthesia or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong sense of educational video flow and ability to structure visual information for maximum retention.
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects from script to final delivery and making independent creative recommendations.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with CDT working hours (client based in Texas, USA).
• Independent contractor engagement – 40 hours per week.
• Monthly rate of $1,300–$1,500, flexible based on experience.
