Outside Services Supervisor

About the role

The Outside Services Supervisor leads the team that delivers all external golf services at an Invited private club. This position ensures members and guests enjoy a seamless, high‑quality experience through efficient cart management, bag handling, and practice area preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Outside Services team, handling recruitment, hiring, scheduling and training.
• Monitor staff time reporting for accuracy and compliance with club policies.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club cleaning, play preparation and etiquette guidance.
• Provide post‑round support, including cleaning and transporting clubs to vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and functionality of cart fleet, club storage and practice facilities.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues promptly to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure all service areas—including pro‑shop, practice zones and cart staging—are tidy and well‑organized.
• Oversee daily assignments such as practice facility preparation and pro‑shop stocking.
• Assist other club departments as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
