Outside Services Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outside Services Attendant to join our golf club team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring smooth golf operations and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist golfers with loading and unloading bags, preparing equipment, and providing course etiquette guidance.
• Marshal and stage golf carts, assign them to players, track usage, and ensure carts are clean, functional, and inspected for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, parking lot, and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas, stock range balls, and prepare facilities for daily use.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance the member and guest experience.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to deliver seamless service throughout the day.
• Report any equipment issues to the Golf Shop and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to assist teammates.
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the club.
