Greenskeeper

About the role

Join Invited’s club team as a Greenskeeper, responsible for maintaining the golf course’s turf and surrounding landscapes to deliver optimal playability and visual appeal. You will work hands‑on with equipment, chemicals, and irrigation systems to uphold the high standards of our premier private clubs.

Key responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees and roughs to prescribed heights.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to maintain proper moisture levels.
• Inspect turf for pests, diseases or nutrient deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on powered equipment such as mowers, aerators and sprayers.
• Maintain and enhance landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowerbeds, shrubs and trees.
• Keep all course areas—including pathways, bunkers and water hazards—clean and in good condition.
• Assist with construction and renovation of new course features as directed.

Required profile

• Experience in turf or grounds maintenance, preferably on a golf course.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle chemicals responsibly.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support other club areas as needed.

Required skills

• Operation of mowing, aerating and spraying equipment.
• Knowledge of fertilizer, pesticide and herbicide application.
• Irrigation system management.
• Basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
