About the role

Join Invited’s vibrant club environment as an Outside Server, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. You will be the face of the club’s dining experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service, following the Invited F&B service training program.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service and attention to detail.
• Handle member or guest complaints using service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily side work, keeping work areas organized, clean, and well‑stocked.
• Adhere to club standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and professional conduct.
• Support management with additional duties and assist other departments as needed.
