Night Shift Dispatcher – Maracaibo

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Night Shift Dispatcher to join our team in Maracaibo. The role is on‑site and focuses on coordinating transportation and delivery operations during the evening hours, ensuring that goods reach their destinations safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and assign deliveries to drivers for the night shift.
• Monitor real‑time logistics platforms and track vehicle movements.
• Communicate with drivers, security officers, and patrol staff to resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address operational challenges promptly to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics coordination or dispatching, preferably with night‑shift exposure.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Reliability and attention to detail during evening hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.

Required skills
