About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join its Latin America team in Venezuela. This early‑career opportunity offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving consumer‑goods environment, supporting the development of snack brands that are loved across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing brand campaigns.
• Conduct market research and gather consumer insights.
• Support the creation of digital and social media content.
• Help coordinate promotional events and in‑store activations.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, or related degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
