Visual Merchandising & Concept Specialist

About the role

THE/STUDIO is seeking a remote Visual Merchandising & Concept Specialist to inspire customers throughout their product creation journey. You will translate brand identities and emerging trends into compelling visual recommendations that encourage continuous creation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and curate product ideas, trends, and creative directions tailored to each client’s brand and market.
• Build moodboards, visual style references, and polished concept presentations.
• Maintain and expand an internal inspiration library for quick access by the team.
• Identify key engagement moments and propose commercially viable extensions of existing product lines.
• Collaborate with customers to turn raw ideas into clear, actionable visual guides.

Required profile

• Junior to early‑career professional (1–3 years) or high‑potential talent with strong drive.
• Fashion design or related creative background strongly preferred.
• Excellent visual sense and ability to interpret brand identity.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working fully remote.
