Technical Operations Expert (Global)

About the role

Crisp is looking for a Technical Operations Expert to own and improve the operational engine behind its Crisp Recruit client service. You will ensure that recruiting workflows, data, and client deliverables run smoothly across a suite of tools.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise systems such as Salesforce, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Enforce data integrity, eliminate inefficiencies and create real‑time visibility for recruiters, candidates and clients.
• Support talent delivery across dozens of roles, multiple recruiting pods and an expanding client portfolio.
• Build, document and continuously improve workflows, trackers and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align processes and meet client deliverables on time.
