About the role

Join BairesDev® as a Talent Acquisition Associate and become the first point of contact for candidates worldwide. You will help shape the hiring experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth process for both applicants and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles to evaluate basic fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the recruitment steps.
• Coordinate interview logistics, send calendar invites, and keep the applicant tracking system up to date.
• Support interviewers by providing candidate background information and summarizing qualifications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Interest in interacting with applicants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
