Talent Acquisition Associate – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help introduce applicants to our hiring process, conduct initial screenings, and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles to evaluate general fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Support interviewers by providing candidate background information and assessing qualifications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Interest in engaging with applicants from diverse countries.
