Supply Chain Planning Solution Architect

About the role

Octapharma is seeking a Solution Architect to lead and continuously improve its global supply chain planning solutions, with Kinaxis at the core. The role is 100% office‑based and can be based in Lachen (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria).

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end solution design for group‑wide planning solutions, focusing on Kinaxis.
• Lead Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner with business process leads and super users to design, standardise, and optimise planning processes.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and manage change requests in daily operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for super users and oversee application support.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro.
• Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Analytical, conceptual thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, structured and highly organised.
