Strategic Initiatives Analyst – Controlling (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling – Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support strategic decision‑making through data‑driven insights. The role is fully remote and works closely with leadership and multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Propose changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis.
• Develop proactive analyses and respond to data requests from the Board.
• Build reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and R&D teams.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy and alignment across different business areas.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, controlling or data analysis.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
