Social Media & WordPress Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Social Media & WordPress Specialist to drive our LinkedIn presence and maintain our WordPress site built with Divi. Working remotely from LATAM, you will collaborate directly with leadership to shape brand messaging and ensure the website remains fast, responsive, and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts for both the company page and the founder’s personal brand.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Engage with comments, direct messages, and industry conversations to grow community interaction.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Repurpose long‑form content into concise social snippets.
• Build, update, and troubleshoot WordPress pages using the Divi Builder.
• Design and launch landing pages for campaigns and events.
• Ensure site speed, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO, and brand consistency across all web updates.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency (C2) in both written and spoken communication.
• 2‑3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn or B2B social media accounts.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for at least 3‑4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Required skills

• LinkedIn content creation, scheduling, and publishing tools.
• WordPress development and maintenance.
• Divi Builder proficiency.
• Basic SEO, site‑speed optimization, and mobile‑responsive design.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Time‑tracking and task‑management tools such as Hubstaff and ClickUp.
• Canva for graphic creation.
