Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join its multicultural, globally‑distributed development team. You will work remotely on a variety of projects, creating responsive web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with a focus on responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process, from planning to testing.
• Plan, process, and perform tasks efficiently without supervision.
• Maintain code consistency and quality across the product.
• Document code and produce technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• At least 6 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end expertise with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
