Senior Bookkeeper (Remote, QuickBooks Online)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our remote team, focusing on QuickBooks Online for U.S.-based clients. The role involves managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain client financial records.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Record journal entries and adjust transactions manually when needed.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for small and mid‑size businesses.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to generate reports and support client decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven bookkeeping experience with U.S. accounting practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certification (QuickBooks) or degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
