Retail Vertical Customer Success Leader

About the role

As a Retail Vertical Customer Success Leader you will act as the trusted advisor for key retail clients, guiding them through strategic and commercial initiatives powered by NielsenIQ data. You will deepen relationships, understand retailer priorities, and deliver high‑impact insights that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align Joint Business Plans with retail clients to ensure value generation and service delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess objectives, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrate ROI through quantifiable insights and incorporate client feedback into service improvements.
• Create executive‑level presentations on FMCG trends, shopper behavior, and retailer performance for C‑level stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of contact, monitoring customer health, NPS, and service coverage.
• Identify growth and optimization opportunities in collaboration with analytics and account development teams.
• Lead retailer onboarding, coordinating cross‑functional teams and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail or related industries.
• Proven experience in customer management, commercial or marketing roles with direct retailer exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
