Remote Content Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Content Marketer to own the organic growth of established creators, educators and industry experts. In this role you will design and execute content strategies that expand audiences, boost engagement, generate qualified leads and drive sales across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run organic content strategies on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube focused on audience growth, engagement, lead generation and sales.
• Research trends, high‑performing creators, formats and hooks to keep a steady pipeline of ideas.
• Transform expert knowledge into compelling posts, videos, newsletters, email sequences and long‑form pieces.
• Script and storyboard short‑form and long‑form video content with strong hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Create carousels, graphics, thumbnails and other visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Build lead magnets, email campaigns and ManyChat automations to convert audiences into subscribers and qualified leads.
• Leverage AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, scripting and design while preserving brand voice.
• Track performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve content results.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing organic social channels or personal brands, preferably for creators, educators, coaches or experts.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube; experience with TikTok or Substack is a plus.
• Excellent content strategy, copywriting and storytelling abilities, especially in crafting hooks and direct‑response copy.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise content.
• Fluent written English and strong communication skills.
