Remote Account Executive – B2B SaaS, Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and help SMBs streamline their recruiting processes with our automated platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including live demos and objection handling.
• Conduct deep discovery calls to map customer pain points to product features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and create targeted outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and produce educational videos for prospects and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and ensure all opportunities are tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions (ideally $1K–$5K ACV).
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Excellent live demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases deeply.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
