Regulatory Affairs Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Regulatory Affairs Analyst to support end‑to‑end regulatory operations for new product launches and market expansions. You will act as a key liaison between Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and International Marketing, ensuring that all submissions meet local and international requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, review, and compile comprehensive regulatory dossiers for new products, line extensions, and market expansions.
• Collaborate with internal Regulatory, International Marketing, and R&D teams to streamline information flow and maintain technical alignment.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product archives, tracking tools, and regulatory databases to ensure traceability and data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Biological Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a similar regulatory role (including internships).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, cosmetics, personal care, or food manufacturing is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
