About the role

As a Learning Experience Partner at BairesDev, you will design, manage, and report onboarding operations within our Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as a strategic partner to the business, delivering high‑quality, scalable learning experiences that drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and report onboarding operations hosted in our LMS using modern authoring tools.
• Oversee the entire learning technology stack, including LMS, AI‑Studio, and related platforms.
• Create and maintain learning content for onboarding and talent development.
• Coordinate projects across stakeholders, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Analyze data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in learning or talent development.
• People‑facing experience with a focus on onboarding program impact.
• Direct experience administering LMS/LXP platforms.
• Background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver online training and onboarding sessions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
