About the role

MonetizeMore is seeking a highly technical, customer‑obsessed Lead Solutions Engineer to join its global technical operations team. This remote position focuses on solving complex integration challenges for premium publishers while acting as the primary technical liaison for the rapidly growing Brazilian market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the top escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing code, network traffic, and ad‑server configuration issues.
• Lead technical onboarding for high‑value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue from day one.
• Provide end‑to‑end implementation of MonetizeMore tools such as PubGuru and Advanced Ads.
• Write, debug, and maintain custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for diverse website and mobile app setups.
• Conduct strategic consultations with Business Development and Account Management to recommend revenue‑boosting configurations.
• Translate complex ad‑tech concepts (e.g., Header Bidding, Core Web Vitals) into clear value propositions for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese (native or professional) and strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for solving technical problems.
• Experience working directly with global clients in a consultative capacity.
