Lead Generation Specialist – US Market

About the role

We are a US‑based marketing agency serving home‑services contractors and are looking for a remote Lead Generation Specialist focused on the US market. The freelancer will research and compile accurate prospect lists for our outreach campaigns, without any cold‑calling duties.

Key responsibilities

• Research US‑based concrete contractors using Google Maps and Facebook.
• Identify contractors with no website or low‑quality websites.
• Verify each prospect’s activity on Facebook (recent posts, real job photos).
• Capture the business owner’s first name, phone number, Facebook URL, city/state, and Google rating.
• Take screenshots of the current website or Facebook page for each prospect.
• Organise all data in a provided Google Sheet and flag low‑quality leads.
• Follow detailed SOPs and ask questions when unclear.

Required profile

• Strong written English to read US business sites and write clear notes.
• Detail‑oriented and willing to double‑check work rather than guess.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during US‑friendly hours.
• Honest communicator who admits uncertainty when needed.
