Main Missions

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, logic, and adherence to complex instructions.
• Rate AI responses based on precision, quality, and compliance with specific coding standards.
• Design and write challenging coding tasks to push the boundaries of AI model performance.
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and logical errors in AI-produced code.
• Provide structured, constructive, and detailed technical feedback to improve model outputs.
• Ensure strict adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Profile Required

• Junior Software Engineer or Developer with strong foundational coding skills.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.
• No prior experience in AI is required; we provide the framework for you to learn.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Strong debugging and code analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills for technical feedback.
• Ability to follow complex technical documentation and guidelines.
