HR Business Partner – Human Resources Leader

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will lead HR initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent while ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role supports the organization’s strategic objectives by managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly and bi‑weekly payroll processes, including salaries, bonuses, vacation payouts, and special payrolls.
• Coordinate social benefits, pension plans, and utility calculations.
• Prepare personnel settlement calculations and single‑accounting closures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records for reporting to Finance, Administration, and IT departments.
• Manage health, life, funeral, and personal accident insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with government entities such as FAOV, SSO, INCES, CONAPDIS, Ministry of Labor, Income Tax, and Sudeaseg.
• Prepare and distribute monthly HR newsletters and communications.
• Process payment orders for suppliers and benefits, and oversee related vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll administration, and benefits management.
• Leadership ability to guide HR teams and influence cross‑functional partners.
• In‑depth understanding of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
